The eclectic abode is just as described — it’s enchanting, spacious, and welcoming. It has everything you need - very comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen with all of the dishes and utensils you could possibly need, spacious common spaces, and lots of amenities. The highlight for us were the outdoor spaces — especially the upstairs deck -- the perfect spot for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The home had everything we needed and more, and it was just far enough outside of town to enjoy all of the trees and green space, but close enough to Cookeville for dining and shopping. Joe and Tosha have done a wonderful job with the house and are great hosts!

Joe & Tosha a great hosts. They ensured that we had everything we needed. Joe even traveled 30 minutes to bring a heater for the basement since it was really cool that night. The place was amazing and definitely worth the money paid. We look forward to future bookings!

Joe and Tasha were great hosts! They were very clear with instructions very friendly and very responsive. Their home was very clean and beautiful! It was the perfect home for our girls trip! It was very private and felt secluded, but was just a short drive to vocal amenities. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to Friends!

Had a very enjoyable stay at this location with my family and friends who were in town for my graduation. The place was spacious and spotless. It’s private and everything was just right. I strongly recommend this place. I will come back again!!! Thanks to host for being great!!
