Frank is a great host--very attentive and helped with whatever we needed! I mentioned needing a high chair and he had one delivered before our trip--SO kind. The view is amazing and the space is large! Could use some updating but also a true easy-going "beach place". Our biggest bummer was the slides not yet being open due to it not quite being "in season" yet--so check with Frank on that if that's a big part of your stay! The pool was heated though and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Frank’s condo could be excellent with just a little attention. Update the paint, curtains, living room furniture, and stock the kitchen, and you have a 5 star place. The resort amenities were great, location was excellent. We could walk to restaurants, Starbucks, ice cream, the boardwalk. We had 6 teen boys with us that enjoyed the freedom of walking to nearby places. Our visit started with our arrival at check-in time of 3 pm and the condo had not been cleaned. Frank was very responsive and the condo was cleaned within a few hours. Unfortunately the sofa smelled awful, needing a deep cleaning-we did not tell Frank about this until we checked out, and he said he would have it deep cleaned that day, so hopefully no longer an issue. The kitchen needs to be restocked with ALL supplies - we had 4 plates, 8 forks, 3 spoons. No mixing bowls, etc. -cooking basic meals was a challenge. Great water pressure, great view. Frank offered to refund us for the issues, which we appreciated.

We had a great time at Frank’s Place. The location was perfect with beautiful beach views. The kids loved the different pools. We had plenty of space for the kids to move around without feeling cramped. The pots/pans were limited but we knew and brought some extra from home. Frank was very easy to communicate with. We also had plenty of parking passes for the room. Would book again if in the area.

Our family had the best time at Frank’s place!! All ages enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Frank was very easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately. The place is just as pictured. We will definitely be back as The Breakers is one of our favorites.
