Landed this last minute listing for Stagecoach 2024 and I could not be more satisfied! Troy was very responsive and made being a procrastinator a lot less stressful!! The villa was clean, spacious comfortable and had a shuttle stop right nearby. Would hands down book again with Troy at this location or any other property he hosts.

The apartment is on the first floor so unloading/loading was easy. Parking was available right by the rental. The unit is much bigger than we expected. The layout was great. The couch and its bed are comfortable. There is bedding for the pull out couch, and the Marriott staff was quick to provide us with a few extra blankets. The master bed is also very comfortable. We ate breakfast on the patio overlooking the golf course which was peaceful. We didn’t visit the pool but there is one just across the grass. The owner is friendly, communicative and detail-oriented. We only stayed one night but would love to return and stay longer.
