Ursula's property is located in the middle of a peaceful countryside, uphill on the mountain. We enjoyed the spacious interiors, the well furnished kitchen and rooms, the stunning seaside view. Each bedroom has its own toilet, perfect for a weekend with friends. We had two 2yo children with us who enjoyed running around. However the house is not fully equipped to host little guests. We had to bring our own high chairs and there was only one crib. Ursula organized a mattress on the floor which was a nice alternative. The fireplace is quite old so it was an effort to make it work properly. The trash disposal was a hustle, we didn't manage to get it done because nobody collected our trash despite following the instructions. We arrived late evening and do not recommend doing it. It was very hard to understand which one was Ursula's property in the dark also because there are no marks to recognize it. Furniture is old fashioned, some of it broken but we didn't mind it. We had a good time!

Casa spaziosa e molto tranquilla per godere appieno della splendida costa di Maratea. L’ampia tettoia esterna è sempre fresca anche nelle ore più calde della giornata, permettendo di vivere tutto il giorno la magnifica vista che offre la casa. Forse meriterebbero un piccolo upgrade gli arredi esterni, ma per il resto tutto perfetto. Ursula è sempre stata molto gentile e puntuale in tutte le comunicazioni.

Bellissima casa, in luogo magnifico. Perfetta per una vacanza in tranquillità. La vista sul mare è spettacolare e la casa è ben organizzata e dotata di tutto l' essenziale. Ursula è stata gentilissima, e le sue indicazioni e suggerimenti molto precisi e utili. Consigliatissimo.

Toute la famille a été enchantée . Le cadre est magnifique, très harmonieux . Une vue à couper le souffle. La maison est très agréable. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et toilettes ce qui est un énorme atout. Maison de choix pour une famille nombreuse.
