The house is old but looking great. The shared kitchen and backyard are great! The room is as described in the photos with private bathroom. The place was clean but the sheets had a few stains and a smell like a perfume. The sound isolation is not good but expected, the house is old. There was some noise from upstairs and just a bit from the street. The bathroom had a weird smell and I had to close the door and open the window to be comfortable. However, the room is alright for the price and the location is very handy.

Incredibly easy to check in and check out. Very nice and clean location for a solo traveler like myself.

The place is in historical building, nicely re-novated. Beautiful common areas - dining room, kitchen, corridor library and terrace. Great location - in the old town, easy to walk to any cafe/bar or sea road. It is indeed noisy as Cyprus people adore loud motorcycles and cars, you can hear them passing by. Wi-Fi was good, for warm water you need to go to the kitchen and press the button, wait 30 min. I didn’t read carefully, so a reminder - there is no hair dryer, if you need one ;)

Η Μαρία ήταν πολύ φιλική , απαντούσε άμεσα και η άφιξη μου έγινε όπως μου την περιέγραψε με απόλυτη ακρίβεια. Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν αρκετά καλή προς το κέντρο της πόλης , όμως η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν πολύ καλή και είχε πολύ φασαρία απο τα διερχόμενα αυτοκίνητα αλλά και τους πεζούς , καθώς το διαμέρισμα ήταν ισόγειο , επίσης οι κουρτίνες ήταν πολύ λεπτές και δεν υπήρχε ιδιωτικότητα . Υπήρχε φασαρία απο τον κοινόχρηστο χώρο καθώς οι πόρτες ήταν παλιές ξύλινες και δεν υπήρχε καθόλου απομόνωση ήχου απο εκεί , όπως επίσης υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία απο το επάνω διαμέρισμα διότι το πάτωμα ήταν παλιό ξύλινο και χωρίς καμία ηχομόνωση. Αξίζει να αναφερθεί ότι το ζεστό νερό δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ για την χρήση του μπάνιου αντίθετα λειτούργησε στον νιπτήρα, επίσης το νερό της ντουζιέρα ξεχείλιζε και υπήρχαν παντού νερά , επίσης βρέθηκε και κατσαρίδα στο περιβάλλον χώρο . Τέλος δεν βρέθηκε το ψυγείο ώστε να έχω μερικά κρύα νερά . Θεωρώ πως αξίζει να βελτιωθεί λόγο της εξαιρετικής τοποθεσίας .

Amazing house in a great spot of the old town within walking distance to some great bar and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone travelling alone as it’s unique space and friendly atmosphere make for a perfect stay!
