We originally moved our family here because it's close to our main roads, so it's easy to get anywhere in Nashville, including downtown. We turned our side and back yards into a small oasis in the big city, with year-round greenery and well-lit privacy. Nashville is an amazing place to explore and we know you'll have an incredible time, so make our home your refuge with dark shades, comfortable beds, and generous gathering spaces. The home is about 2,000 sq ft, and we designed it to accommodate a group of 10 very comfortably. The kitchen has an antique table with seats for 10, and an extra large sectional where you can enjoy a brand new 87" TV. The sleeping rooms are as follows: one with a king bed, one with a king bed and its own full bath, another with a king bed and a full bath, a queen bed with a full bath, and then another room with two twins. The room with two twins and the other king room share a hall bathroom (four full bathrooms). We like box fans for white noise when we sleep, so you'll find one in each bedroom closet. There's no shortage of hangers and drawers, so unpack those suitcases and get comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped for most meals, and there are grocery stores close by. One of our favorite places on the property is the side garden, complete with outdoor fan, wall planters, picnic table, propane heaters, and a solar shade to make it hospitable year-round. The stunning back patio lets plenty of sunshine into the living room, and it gives you a great place for morning coffee. We put some outdoor furniture in the back along with a fire-pit to make the most of the cool evenings we get in Spring, Fall, and Winter.
