The place is tired & dirty. The host said she had an injury so couldn't do everything, but still charges a $100 cleaning fee ...clearly a professional cleaner does not attend. The unit has various damaged or broken items like windows, doors, fly screens, contaminated water supply etc etc. None of this is revealed until you check in. The host wanted $100 cash to allow me to park a boat despite advance notice & ample room to do so on site. The unit is directly connected to a horse barn, & horses walk within metres of the front door from 7am > after 8pm. The barn hosts a horse riding school, so 12hrs+ per day people are walking horses back & forth, talking, & (usually) mothers sit within a few feet of the unit access door watching their kids trot around in circles. Major horse poo is usually cleaned up but immediately outside the door there are bits of poo literally everywhere. The host knew we had a dog but said 'house rules' meant he wasn't allowed upstairs in the bed area. Bad

Nicky was an amazing host. She showed us around, and she even took our son to see the horses and ducks. She was very nice and the place was perfect for our little getaway. Thank you for all your help and hospitality.

When selecting this accommodation, please do bear in mind that it is immersed in a working stables. There are lots of horses and lots of people around them, using the arena. The accommodation is literally part of the stable block and the horses and riders walk past the apartment window. Which is great if, like us, you like horses. Be aware there will be noises at night from the horses in the stables.
