We stayed here for 6 weeks after our home burned down in the Kelowna wildfires. The home is open, spacious, and incredibly private. It was a wonderful private oasis for us to rest and heal. The Hosts are wonderful, very responsive, and very supportive of our needs. We appreciated the quick responses to our inquiries and requests. The backyard is expansive and the entire property is surrounded by a gate, which lends an incredible sense of privacy. The kitchen is well appointed and well labeled, so you know where to find and return all kitchen stuff. There are TWO soaker tubs, one very, very, large spa tub in the Master bedroom that fits 2 people easily, and then another nice, deep, spacious soaker tub in the other bathroom that would easily fit one large or two short people. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet that makes an extended stay very easy to organize. In short, this is a lovely home that we were delighted to stay in and the Hosts are absolutely wonderful.

Great place, very quiet and peaceful. Lots of space and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definately stay again!

We celebrated our family Christmas reunion at this lovely house. It was a perfect place to gather to talk, play games, cook meals and enjoy each other’s company. It is a large open space with areas to get away if needed. Perfect!!

If you are going to sleep and nothing else this is the place for you. This house is clearly a party house and is treated as such. We got approval to host our wedding here. We went to view the house and yard 9 months prior to our stay. Within those 9 months there were changes made to the house that we were not made aware of. We came expecting a full functioning kitchen as it was when we saw the house, however there was no hot water, one oven was broken. The cleanliness was low. We swept the floors when we arrived as they were very dirty. There were damages to the finishings in the house everywhere. Smelt like there was animal pee on the carpet on the stairs going up to the upper room (which we did our best to clean), there were a ton of empty cans scattered in the back yard and hidden in random places around the house. Outlets in the washrooms did not work. Yard is not well maintained, we mowed the lawn and cleaned up all the garden beds- although we were told after yard maintenance is not something you should expect when booking an Airbnb. The deck was broken in multiple places presenting as a dangerous tripping hazard, especially for our elderly and special needs guests. This was a huge red flag. It was a shocking arrival although we made the most of it, and did our best to leave it better than we found it.
