Bedsheets and duvets were stained (dirt, blood, yellow). Cockroaches, millipedes and geckos in the room/toilet/inside the swimming pool. Location is good. Putu, house manager, was very responsive over text and helpful. But Khayal was not that helpful. Had to contact Airbnb support to get a refund for second night we are not staying.

The staff were lovely, and assisted us very promptly if we have any questions at all. They did an excellent job of cleaning each day but the Villa is in need of maintenance, because of this some facilities are not as you would expect. We also used their reccomended driver to collect us at the airport, he was lovely and a very good driver. We used him again on our return home. The location is great, with many good food options on the street and beach access at the end of the road. The next street over is busier with more options, it's a short walk which was very easy. it's very easy to get a Grab/Gojek from also. We stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa, with central living area over the pool, this set up is incredible, with the slat floor allowing good air flow through the area. With some general maintenance to front door and walls of inside Villa, like above the bathroom door in twin share room, I would happily visit Lanakula again, it's a unique Villa that feels beautiful to be in.

The villa is located in a lively area with loads of restaurants, clubs and shops, exactly what we wanted. regardless the busy area, the villa feels like a quiet little oasis, and the design is lovely. Putu helped us swiftly with questions and requests, like laundry and massages and his team was flexible to accommodate to our wishes if it comes to cleaning. The bench in the kitchen may be a bit more comfortable, and a larger table to sit at would be nice. I love that we were able to connect to their speakers and have our own music played. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend this villa to friends and family.

Had a month long stay at this villa , we were very happy. Villa looks just like the photos, beautiful large rooms , well equipped kitchen and amazing pool. It was perfect for our family! Things that stand-out for villas in Bali : Hot water & water pressure were excellent housekeeping was done daily beautiful modern villa fast wi fi amazing staff location , location , location!! So close to great cafes and the beach in a quiet area yet close to the action of Canggu. Putu took amazing care of everything for us , he was always available on whatrsapp for any questions and helped us book cars and scooter. He was fantastic & we can't thank Putu enough for everything , he made it a 5 star experience! Great villa in the nicest part of Canggu , would hopefully book again one day

Location is beautiful, we loved Changgu and being near Superfood was a bonus. The accommodation was overall good. For a family of 6 the configuration of the rooms around a central over pool living area was a real plus, however we did have some significant issues unfortunately. Guests before us broke one or two glasses in the pool and it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. On the second day of stay I sliced my toe open on a big piece of glass which required stitches, antibiotics and a tetanus shot. We had a pair of swim goggles and found heaps of broken glass in a first sweep. We were told the end of the next day it was all fixed, we checked and more glass found! It took another full day for it to be vacuumed properly so we could swim again, 3 days not being able to swim. Attention to detail wasn’t great for this level of property quality as well; like not providing hand soap to wash your hands in all bathrooms and enough cutlery, plates, bowls for 6, if that’s how many people can stay
