Thank you for your interest in booking a rental via the Mohan Group LLC! To get to know us a little bit more, read below for prior Airbnb reviews we've received from our guests! I think their feedback speaks volumes! Matt October 28 We had a great stay here, everything was thought of and we loved the house. There was plenty of space and we had lots of fun just chilling out, making food and watching movies. The area is close to a few small towns ( everything closes by 9 or 10) so we could go out and get dinner and brunch easily. The scenery is beautiful with a pond and a little valley to enjoy. Olga was very responsive and pointed me to great hiking in the area. Highly recommended for a get away weekend! Vitaliy October 14 House is big and beautiful. It is closed area with no trespassing so this is ideal place to get away. Ideal to have a good time with your family or friends Bill October 7 Beautiful home in a great location! Patty September 23 The home is beautiful and Olga and Mohan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable Katelyn September 3 Olga and Moran are excellent hosts. Their house is perfectly situated near lots of great activities. We spent all weekend on their deck reading, solving crosswords and cooking local produce on the grill. We hope to return next summer! Alan August 26 This home is a bit off the beaten path but the owners provide can’t miss directions. The house is very well furnished and has a wonderful wrap around porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of things to do within a 15 minute drive. Kathy August 19 We had a fantastic stay at Olga and Mohan’s place. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The deck was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, meals, and star gazing. Olga and Morgan were exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and even got a high chair for us to use with our 1 year old. They also left a new sheet for the crib. They checked in with us upon our arrival and made it clear that we could call with any questions. We didn’t need anything during our stay because they had everything we could have wanted, but it was nice to know they would be easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying at their home! Mary Alexander August 12 We had a very pleasant stay at Olga & Mohan’s Catskills retreat. The space was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy the outdoors. The description mentioned the severer waterfall, but it is absolutely magical! There is a swimming hole, waterfall with amazing views of the mountains all around. Yahaira July 15 I recommend this place 100% Olga and mohan are so friendly and helpful, really nice and acomodating ,helpfull and respectful . We loved the place exactly like in the pictures even better for my opinion. Had everything we need it. Such peaceful and quiet place . If you want to go and have a relax time in a quiet place this is the house you have to choose. Apart from that souroinded by farms Fresh milk fruits and vegetable !! We are coming back 100% Jeffrey July 7, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) I asked my six-year old what his favorite part of our trip upstate was and he blurted right out, ‘It was going to the lake and watching the sunset.’ We watched the sunset and took in stars and sky and trees and hills sitting outside on the porch at Metla Farms. On the drive up, we passed cows and meadows before finding the dirt road that runs up to the house. Inside, we found a comfortable home with clean lines, an open layout, and nice nooks to hang out in. Olga and Mohan make it easy to relax and have fun. The house easily slept our family of four. We found a bottle of wine waiting for us and kid-friendly cups and plates. We had fun playing tag outside and riding out a rainstorm inside the house underneath a tin roof. From the house, it’s easy to get into Andes, and we stopped at Wayside Cider for grub and beers. A quick ride took us to a beautiful lake with sand and a beach landing. We could have easily spent a day at the lake and park. The next day, we drove down to Phoenicia for pizza and to run around a park. We also rode into downtown Bovina for breakfast sandwiches and to walk around and chat with the locals. Olga and Mohan were easy to reach and had lots of great ideas for us to do and see. They are awesome. We loved our stay and trip and plan to go back. Often. Dheeraj June 30, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Metla Farms is “THE PLACE” for a mountain getaway!!! The Farm house did not fall short of our expectations… perfect for people who love nature All the amenities were exceptional – the decor is very modern and stylish (the host(s) seem to be great interior designers). Everything was well organized and kept very neat. I wish I could give 6 stars for cleanliness ;) The kitchen had everything / helped us a lot as we love to cook. The proximity and access to the fresh farm products was great. We got milk & eggs from the local farmers that was so much better than the normal store produce. We loved being on the deck and had most of our meals outdoors (nice patio furniture). Being in a comfort zone makes the place more lively which perfectly suites our choice. Best part was in the morning, when we hear the wind among the trees playing celestial symphonies, the birds singing and the fresh air blowing... Olga and Mohan are super hosts. The booking was very smooth and they pay attention to all the details and take care of all of your needs. The place itself is spectacular with very smart decor. The furnishings are top notch, modern and stylish. The house and surrounding area is very spacious and private, you feel like you are really away from it all. If you get tired of relaxing and kicking back (not!), it is also very close to many activities, restaurants and shops nearby in the town center. We really enjoyed buying fresh fruits, vegetables, jams, etc. from the local farm stands and enjoying them back at the house on the very relaxing deck. We could just sit there for hours. We highly recommend Metla Farms for your stay and we hope we can go back soon. Thank you Olga and Mohan! Anusha May 30 We had a wonderful stay at the Metla Farms house. Our hosts Olga & Mohan were very responsive when making our booking and it was easy interacting with them. They offered many baby friendly options and amenities when we told them we were coming with two little ones. They had a crib and a play space set up for the kids. The farmhouse is situated in a beautiful serene space and we had a relaxing time. It’s also very close to the downtown spots in Bovina and Andes. And we enjoyed walking around the Andes shops and restaurants and Bovina’s public library and playground. I would highly recommend staying in this home and we hope to come back another time in the future!
