Beautiful, relaxing view of Lake Beshear. This is a great place to relax, swim, fish, kayak, canoe, hike, bird watch. Take a book to the deck or dock, and soak up the sun. If you are not the outdoors person, you can read a book from the living room and still enjoy the awesome view. Master bed (queen size) and 2nd bedroom (full size) are on the second floor. There is a bunk bed (full lower, with a twin on top) in the family room on the lower level. The TV is set up with Roku, Prime and Youtub TV. The walk to the lake is about 70' down hill. The dining area is small, seats 4 but there are leafs that can be added. There are 3 stools at the counter that are also available.

Greg’s home was clean and comfortable. Greg was a wonderful host who was very communicative and hospitable. It was so easy to cook in the kitchen and on the grill. The location was stunning and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Highly recommend Greg’s place! It’s a perfect getaway on the lake with so many amenities offered! The best part was we didn’t have to bring our own lake gear because everything was already there. We did lots of fishing and had great, peaceful views. We loved that our dogs were welcome, too!
Greg’s place was wonderful for our family trip to be with family in the area. His house is beautiful and clean. Greg has complete Instructions for the house and surrounding Area. Our family was able to relax and bond in a comfortable homey place with amazing Views. We are looking forward to a return trip in the summer.

The neighborhood is quiet. Most of the folks live here year round. This property abuts the Pennyrile State Forest, which offers additional privacy.
Free parking on the private driveway. You can walk the Lakewood Drive loop and meet the neighbors. Very friendly place.
