Hi! This room is in a stand-alone building and adjacent to one other room, (which is always occupied). This residence is centrally located on St. Thomas high atop the island overlooking the surrounding chain of islands. A well appointed large bedroom w/en-suite bathroom. Private porch and patio. Quality sheets on a king bed, with your choice of A/C or open air. You won't be disappointed. The room layout is unique. The en-suite bath has no door separating the bedroom area from the bathroom. It is Italian inspired and the goal was to reduce the feeling of a small space while allowing an abundance of natural light into both areas. Check out the pictures which may help make more sense.

I can’t say enough about how welcoming Chris, Sabine and their family are. They gave me a lift to where I was going and made sure that i was comfortable. Wonderful hosts.
We cannot stop talking about Chris & Sabina’s home being the perfect place & way for us to end our trip. My husband is a photographer & we had just stopped on our way in to take photos of the sunset - after arriving we should have went straight to their home for the most breathtaking 360 degree views of the island! Chris constructed their hilltop home & included perfect guest accommodations. Our room was fantastic - with travertine tile floors, custom tiled walk-in shower, AC & a slider leading to a balcony overlooking the best sunrises! I cannot believe they get to call such a wonderful place home! Their entire family including their children & mom made us feel welcomed, to boot with champagne! Arriving Chris asked us how many days we had on the island & said we were gonna wish we had more time … sure enough he was right! WE MUST COME BACK & we’ll DEFINITELY be looking to stay at their home! THANK YOU for your warm & welcoming hospitality, we will definitely be in touch!
The listing was as-advertised (possibly even better). The property is set atop the center of the island and views were spectacular; you could see all the way to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. The room was well appointed and felt extremely comfortable; plenty of A/C, hot water, and bottled water. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK IT! Chris and Sabina and family were awesome! Definitely the most welcoming hosts of any Airbnb we have stayed at to date! Our favorite view on St Thomas was right here. Absolutely breathtaking views all around this mountain top gem! Room was very clean and well thought out. It felt like a luxury hotel room. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Our neighborhood is simple. Not gated, super safe, eclectic group who you will likely never see! 10 houses on our own private dead end road. You can walk safely up and down the road for exercise if you wish.
Parking is right at the entrance to your space. We share the driveway /parking with you. I STRONGLY (ALMOST MANDATORY) recommend RENTING A CAR! The islands do not have sidewalks on most roads, which are narrow to begin with. You cannot walk anywhere nearby, despite a place to eat being less than a mile away…..it would be a treacherous, mountainous, risky mile to walk!
