Joey and the other personnel were very accommodating. They went out of their way in helping us with set ups and other tools needed - table, projector’s white screen, music, lights. They were available with whatever assistance was needed. One thing that was unclear was the “amenities” indicated where some of the stuff were expected to be available as requested and would require additional fees but was actually there. Expectations on this end should be set clearly especially for those DIY-ing the decorations/preparations. Also, if they could have an elevator as the venue is the at 3rd flr so, it could be troublesome to go up and down to get things and for elders too. Response to inquiries was limited and takes awhile. Need improvement on this one. Nonetheless, the venue was good - with aircondition, with balloon setup, with table settings, ample of space to play around, and well maintained.

If you ever need a place for your special event, this place is highly recommended! Host is accommodating and responsive. He is also helpful to our needs. Will definitely book this place again.
