This quiet stay was the perfect jumping off point for traipsing around local towns. Beautiful bay views (scenic during the day, and rather magical at night with a mostly full moon), gorgeous kitty greeter. Super cozy bedding ensured we were well-rested for the next days' adventures. We went hiking around the state/national parks for two days straight, but the only ponies we saw the entire trip were grazing along the shoreline outside the sitting room window one morning during our trip! Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting the area, we miss King Uahi already.

This place was peace and serenity in complete. It was down a quiet road, quiet neighbors, beautiful surroundings and gorgeous moon reflections on the water. Ponies came up next to the house one morning. Foxes seen nearby. Lots of birds. And all close enough to the center of town for food and activities. We had the upstairs apt and never heard a sound from the other areas. Plenty of coffee and creamers, 😁 and all other amenities. Was nice not to have to pack shampoo/conditioner! Home was very clean and well appointed. Super place to stay and would DEFINITELY stay here again.

My family and I were in love with the place, it was clean, very peaceful and it had beautiful views. The host was great at getting back to me when needed. Everything was perfect if I could rate 10 stars I would do it! Ps: we love the cat next door too!

Stayed here for 2 nights with our 1 year old baby for a quick trip. Highlights: beautiful views, friendly cat and horses running around the house, cozy rooms, awesome location and only 10 minute drive to adorable little downtown area- we loved Ropewalk and AJs! Only things I’d add would be a kitchen sink (had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, which was fine for a very short trip) and the pictures seem to showcase the back screened in porch which I was excited about- but it was being used for storage. It was cold anyways so wasn’t an issue for us! Overall was a great find for our needs and a great way to experience the area.

Great spot, really good use of the space, beautiful place
