Two of us stayed here for a month and it was great. Deborah is a great host who always communicates fast and is willing to accommodate your requests. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and there were no insects or bugs during our stay there. Basic stuff like plates, utensils, soaps, towels, bed sheets, etc were provided. Neighbors were great too - quiet, friendly, and it is a safe building. The photo for bedroom 1 in the listing isn't entirely accurate the room is re-arranged so the bed is actually pushed against the wall so you do have a back rest if you want to sit up in bed (so it's better than what the photo shows). There is a lot to do even within 0.1 miles of the apartment - restaurants, grocery stores, bodegas, etc. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the subway and even closer for some busses. The location here was prime and I'd argue that's it's possibly one of the best areas in the entire city. Very safe also.

Deborah’s place was perfect for the summer and had everything we needed. She was extremely attentive to any issues that may have arisen and communicated with us consistently. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the building and we’re very happy with our stay overall.

Great place, great location. Only reason I wouldn’t give five stars is because the wifi was pretty bad.

We stayed here for a month and Deborah is a lovely host and was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the stay or general questions about the neighborhood. The area feels very safe even late at night. The apartment is a 5 minute stop from the L Train and only a slightly longer walk to the larger 14 St-Union Sq station. The bathroom is a good size, the bedrooms both get a lot of light, and there are 2 decently sized closets as well! Would’ve loved to stay here longer :)

Fantastic location, beyond helpful and receptive host, and apartment exactly as described. Lived here for two months and Deborah was always incredibly attentive and willing to help with anything that might come up. Bedrooms were big enough for nyc and fully stocked kitchen. Best bagels in the city less than a block away is also certainly a plus :)
