This place was absolutely perfect for us. A perfect 5.0--we absolutely loved it. This had a great location--just a 100 m off the beach allowing for daily swims. The apartment was great and we felt at home from Day 1--It felt like home. Janine was very responsive and answered questions generally within minutes. We would definitely stay here again--loved Janine's place

What an excellent apartment in every way. Immaculate, well-stocked kitchen, nice linens, excellent location. Feels like home. We highly recommend this lovely place after staying for two months. Responsive, friendly, welcoming and ideal.

Janine has made this space a home away from home - I stayed for 3 months for studies, and did not need to add a single item to make myself comfortable. Beautifully decorated, light and airy, everything carefully thought out, from kitchen utensils to comfy seating and beds. Fast internet, just a few steps from the beach and Perth’s best coffee shop John street Café. I cannot recommend this spot highly enough and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic stay in an amazing location and with an excellent host! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment and we’re welcomed by the host right from the get go. She was very responsive to our queries which helped us settle in with ease. The apartment was quite spacious with two good sized bedrooms and the kitchen was complete with a good range of amenities and basic supplies which saved us from making a late night trip to the supermarket. In addition, the apartment gets plenty of natural light and feels very homely. The location is absolutely amazing - you step out onto John St and are immediately captivated by breathtaking ocean views. You have to blink twice to realise you’re staying so close to the ocean. There is also an excellent cafe one street over (Il Lido) which we frequented for morning coffees. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants quality and value for money accommodation in an oceanfront location in one of Perth’s best suburbs.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay, it’s a true oases coming into this apartment. The house is old but super well equipped, ticking of all your needs. The location to the beach is just ideal, would highly recommend it when in Perth during summer. Janine was very sweet, responsive and their to help.
