Unfortunately the unit was dirty when I checked in and was missing quite a few items that I find required for a 30+ day stay. When trying to rectify the situation Ross was unhelpful until getting Airbnb involved. A beautiful building but you can find much better units in Victoria for this price tag.

This was a really lovely stay - the apartment is very new and clean, the unit has a wonderful view of the city. You can see the ocean and (when it’s clear) even the mountains from the main window and balcony. Building was very nice as well. Height adjustable. Desk was great for working. Ross was a responsive host and reply to all communications quickly.

e had an Awesome stay at Ross's place in downtown Victoria. The building and amenities are very nice and the location is the best. Our stay was super busy and short. The place was a great break from a busy work schedule. Ross is very nice and willing to help from afar. We appreciate his politeness and easy communication. The place is a bit small for two people for sure. My only complaint would be the lack of good quality linens and kitchen utensils. That being said Ross offered a reimbursement for kitchen gear. He is really sweet and willing to assist. I was super busy with an art show that weekend so no time for shopping.

A nice, modern and posh building in a good location. Ross is a great host. It lacks a few kitchen utensils - in case you plan on cooking.
