Quaint cottage close enough to everything, yet feels away. Perfect for a weekend getaway. We didn't utilize the kitche. Or laundry; but it's close enough to plenty of restaurants. Downtown Hyannis is a short trip away to a small little mail street area with shopping, marinas, etc. My friend had a small problem checking in but Shannon was quick to respond and I was able to relay detailed instructions to him within 20 minutes.

Shannon is a great host with an adorable cottage where my family and two dogs and I had a relaxing and fun week away. First, the cottage: cozy with a first floor bedroom for adults and a sweet upstairs hideaway for kids/teens. Lives large for a little cottage, with a short walk through a quiet neighborhood to a stretch of beach perfect for morning dog walks. Neighborhood bunnies and wild turkeys made the walks even more enchanting. Quick drive to both vacation spots and essentials. Enjoyed being close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, and centrally located for drives to beaches including the National Seashore where we watched seals play in the surf. Shannon made us feel at home with just the right level of communication for clarity and comfort. She was responsive and helpful every step of the way! We would happily stay here again. Thank you, Shannon, for providing a great spot for our 2023 summer vacay 🏖️🤩🌊

Shannon was a great host, very friendly and responsive to any questions. House was exactly as described and kept very clean with all the amenities we needed. Great location with lots to do in the surrounding areas, definitely a great place to book a relaxing stay!

We loved the time we got to spend at this adorable little cottage. We came to the Cape for my son to attend a shark program in Chatham but didn't want to stay in heart of the busy tourist area. We were delighted to find this home which was the perfect size for our party of three. It's close to many fun things for kids, like the pirate museum and mini golf (which my son loved), inflatable parks, and shopping. But it was the beaches a short walk and drive away that drew us to this location. They're beautiful! The house is small but not lacking and is extremely clean. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen. When it wasn't raining, we ate outside in the cute patio area and were finally able to have a fire and roast marshmallows. The games inside kept us busy and were a wonderful surprise. Our host was easy to reach and when we found the coffee pot didn't work, she had one delivered the same day. The neighborhood is quiet. We all enjoyed this rental and would absolutely go back

Shannon’s cottage was absolutely perfect for a week away in the Cape! It was located in a beautiful/quiet neighborhood but was close to all major beaches and downtown. Shannon was incredibly responsive to all questions and even gave us some recommendations of where to bring our pup. Overall, great experience!
