Great location, right in the middle of town without any of the drawbacks of being in the middle of town (quiet and secluded)! Large property with many options for outdoor seating and entertaining. It is an older home with lot's of character. Owners use it as their residence, so many personal items and effects are in the house, but there is still plenty of space for visiting guests. Onsite manager present to answer questions and get you settled. We had a wonderful time!

This is one of those great gems you almost don't want to review for fear of not being able to book again. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

This is a perfect place to stay if you’re looking to stay within a 5 minute walk of the center of Moab and also have the feel of your own private place. The backyard and side decks were great to chill out in after exploring around the parks earlier on in the day. Plenty of seating inside & out and the kitchen was well stocked. Met a bunch of neighbors on the block during our walks to and from town and they were all very welcoming and gave some great recs for the next time we come back. Would stay again!

Greg’s place is quite a gem! There’s definitely not a better place to stay in Moab than here. You have quite a bit of land, close to walk to everything in town and great hosts! Will absolutely be booking this place again soon.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences for our family of five (kids ages 8, 13, 16.) First, this place is in a great location. After so much driving into the parks, it was great to be able to park the car for the evening and walk to restaurants. Yet what’s incredible is that the lot is so huge and secluded that the place is incredibly quiet and private. Second, the layout of the cabin is great. We cooked a nice dinner in the kitchen and prepared breakfast and lunch there. It was very well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms nice. There is a nice tv room for movie night too. The hosts were fantastic. It’s like they are good friends or family. I’ve never had hosts that seem to truly and deeply care about our happiness on our vacation. And they are so laid back, it’s very refreshing and perfect for vacation hosts. They had so much information and advice about things to do as well. My only complaint is we didn’t see too much of Walter, the Yorkie. He’s super cute!
