Nice place in a nice area. Due to a previous guest's damage we had to be moved from our original booking to this unit. They gave us several options and made sure we were happy. This company is one of the most communicative companies I've ever seen. This unit had a few issues though. Dirty pool, but they came and cleaned it pretty quickly, however we did miss out on the pool for a good chunk of our stay. No control of hot tub, so you have to text them to turn it on which is a hassle. And checkout time is super early.

Beautiful house and pool and very responsive to all of my texts- both prior to staying here and during. A few issues that were mostly resolved (no privacy in the kitchen eating area due to missing and broken blind slats, neighbor has a ring camera pointed at the kitchen eat-in area and part of the swimming pool area, water and ice don’t work on the fridge, remotely accessed hot tube (!), and broken kitchen chairs with uneven and old wooden legs). Brought all of this to the attention of the managing crew and they sent out someone to add blinds to the kitchen, sent over bottled water and offered to send ice as well, told us to stack the broken kitchen chairs and they would fix or replace them for the next residents, and that in order to use the hot tub you need to contact them for a four hour use and they will turn it on. The neighborhood is clean, safe, quiet and pretty with the only issue being that the homes are really close to each other.

I was a little disappointed.. I had booked a different house but the hosts called me to say the previous guest had damaged the property and offered me a different house. I stressed the importance of wanting a hot tub because that was the reason I booked the first house and they said the new place had one so I was fine with the switch. The house and backyard were beautiful, I felt safe in the neighborhood and the strip was a quick 10 minute drive. The problem was with the hot tub, the one thing I wanted. The water was cold so I asked them if it could be turned on, someone came and said they fixed it but then all the water drained out instead? I told them the issue but it never got fixed and I never got to relax in the hot tub… just kind of lame. I could have saved so much money or booked a house with an actual working hot tub. It’s a really big house, great space for a large group.
