A bright and contemporary ranch style house located 1/2 mile from downtown. 2 beds, 2 baths + 1 futon. Come experience peace. The Space on Necaise is a moderately sized house with large windows allowing ample natural light to shine through. An open space allowing guests to easily flow into the room that suits them best. 2 bedrooms each with its own closet and Roku equipped TVs, 2 full private baths, a formal dining area, a kitchen island with a breakfast bar and a laundry room. Take a step into the screened in porch and experience the amateur jungle that awaits you. Or take a step further and be one with the wispy flora and not so present fauna in the backyard. It also offers parking with a driveway for 2 vehicles. 3 minutes drive to the nearest grocery store 5 minutes walk to the splash pad 6 minutes drive to the nearest casino 10 minutes walk to downtown 1 hour away from New Orleans Come over. Stay a while.

Philips place was the perfect stay! Great location, super clean, well decorated, quiet, and peaceful. We will definitely be back!
Philip's home was beautiful. Spacious modern and updated.we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We used the screened porch every morning and evening, cooked a few meals and BBQ a great steak from TBT butcher shop.We walked to old town everyday and found some great spots. Philip was quick to respond to a couple questions we had, and we had a fabulous stay.
What a beautiful house! We had a great experience all around. Everything was clean and well taken care of. For one of the days on our trip our host was extremely accommodating in letting us have a few friends over for a lunch we prepared. There is a nice dining room table to share a meal around. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything
Really loved staying at this house in Bay St. Louis! The house is amazing and peaceful. BSL is quiet and quaint compared to biloxi! The house is about 1/2 mile from the beach. Lovely to take in sunrises! Very accessible with some fun restaurants. It’s also not far from gulfport and Pass Christian where there are other beaches and restaurants. It was perfect for two couples! I’d stay there again and highly recommend it!
The house was exactly as described, very quiet peaceful setting. Philip was accessible and very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely book again the next time we return to Bay St Louis.
