Sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, nett und zuvorkommend! Hat alles super gepasst! Danke für den gemeinsamen Glühwein 🙌 Wem es nichts ausmacht, im Untergeschoss zu wohnen, ist die Unterkunft bei Silke und Alex uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

The room is nice although it is located in the underground basement of the house. Ok for short term stays. The entrance to the apartment does not have separate locker rather a simple key which does not make it private. Do not use shampoos provided. Frying pans were dirty with salt which might be a local trick. Apart from that everything went smoothly and the host respected my request for privacy since I needed a separated space.

Stayed at this AirBnB for a total of 4 months. Silke and her family had turned their cellar into a seperate apartment consisting of 2 rooms and a bathroom. Despite being sub-ground floor, the apartment felt like any other apartment comfortable for up to 2 individuals. I always had my privacy throughout my stay with Silke’s family in the same house. All the family members were friendly and easygoing. Silke was also always ready to help. Olching is a town located near Munich so it was definitely a cheaper alternative to the AirBnBs located directly inside the city. I mostly drove to Munich, but using the public transportation was also an alternative, because you can take the tram from Olching train station to Pasing (the tram ride takes about 10 mins) and then take whatever form of public transportation that suits you from there. Would definetely recommend this AirBnB if you don’t mind living sub-ground floor.
