Increíble , Maritza la dueña nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de restaurantes. Lugar súper limpio sabanas deliciosas que es muy importante. Creo me gustaría Tv en los cuartos que no tenían pero no son tan indispensables. Filippo un excelente anfitrión y a cualquier hora nos contestaba. Un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo. Siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Recomendable al 100%

Was a fantastic stay for our family! The host was very accommodating and gracious with her property - and we especially appreciated how tidy, organized and clean everything was. Would come back and stay here again and recommend to friends!

Our stay at Il Conte farmhouse was an absolute dream! Beautiful, updated farmhouse, responsive host, walkable adorable town- couldn’t have asked for more!

Perfect Villa for family getaway

The owners, Marzia and Eliza, were lovely; very friendly and helpful when we arrived early and asked to leave our luggage. The living areas of the villa, inside and out, are really nice with very tasteful, comfortable furniture and lovely finishing touches. The kitchen looked new and was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor pool is amazing. A great size and kept very clean. Plenty of outdoor furniture for sunbathing and relaxing in the shade. The location is off the beaten track, so it is very peaceful. BUT The layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms did not suit us (2 couples). The two upstairs double bedrooms share one bathroom, which has no storage/shelving or places to put toiletries. The sinks didn't drain and was constantly full of water. Only one set of towels per person, unless you paid for more. One couple had to use twin room in basement, which smelt damp and walls were water damaged with flaking paintwork. We didn't use the spa, but were told we had and that we owed 40 euros.
