Absolute stunning convert barn. Dawn was utterly lovely, extremely welcoming and helpful. The whole place was kitted to a very high standard, utter luxury. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Absolutely loved our long weekend at the beautiful luxurious cart lodge. The host and family are so lovely and helpful. The Lodge had everything we could ever need, was clean, cozy and with the hot tub we really did feel pampered ! The grounds are peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed seeing the horses, birds, cattle and of course our visits from the hosts two German shepherds . Good base for days out too. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely converted barn, directly attached to next door’s barn via internal doors, so not very private. In the grounds of the main family home, read the small print regarding paying for heating on arrival. Nice to have three bedrooms and a big bath with good water pressure and temperature. Good communication from host before arrival, clean, listed on the listing things to do nearby. Early check out time of 9am, and they came to empty/clean the hot tub at 8:30am.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The house had character and was very clean. The hot tub was so nice. The hosts were friendly and lovely to chat to. My children loved their dogs. Close to the beautiful town of Southwold. I’d definitely recommend this place and stay again.
