Room and bathroom could have been cleaned better. Noises from others right outside room and their smoke drafted into room. Front desk person not pleasant or responsive, seemed irritated. Rest of staff friendly and accommodating. Good place to crash head. Not worth the price though.

We loved our stay here!! Super great location and the availability of bike rentals on site is awesome! It’s a beautiful site with multiple pools and places to hang out. The bar and free breakfast was super convenient and the host was super awesome. Would definitely stay again!!

NYAH is definitely a unique offering. It was worth it for us for 2 nights, the place was as described, clean pools, friendly staff. Our room was serviceable for 5 young adults (private 3 bunk bed room). There were a couple areas that were disappointing (mold spots most notably), upkeep is not at the standard for most hotels but manager made it right. Bottom line, I might stay there again but no one in my party would. Issues may have been our room but they weren’t dealbreakers for 2 nights. Breakfast was nice for coffee, continental odds and ends. Cafe on corner was great. Walking to duval and everywhere was great, ~0.7 miles.
