This house has 3 bed 2 bath. Main floor kitchen, open concept dining and living area with jungle views throughout. 2 bed and 1 bath, large patio. Lower level has a queen bed and full bath, 2nd living room, desk and laundry, 2 walk out patios. 100mb wifi. This 36 acre property has 5 km of hiking trails and spring fed river to explore. The safe local town of Ciudad Colon has everything you need, a 1 km walk away. We are surrounded by trees, mountains and pure nature. A peaceful safe getaway! The property is surrounded by nature in the jungle yet close to town. We have a starred drive with three other rental houses all with amazing tenants. Houses are spaced far apart and can’t even see one another yet offers a feeling of added security. You will see our family of monkeys that live on the property. They swing through the trees every day.

Tatiana's place was magical. From the moment you step inside and look out back, you are transported to a serene paradise with birds chirping endlessly. There are 3 miles of trails on the property. We hiked them one day all the way to the bottom of the property where there is a running river and watering hole you can take a dip in. To get picked up by Ubers, you will need to be prepared to walk 5 minutes uphill from the house to the property entrance. If you are older or not in shape, it can be a strenuous walk, but we enjoyed it. The only downside is we did not see any moneys while we were there. A couple nights we walked to town for dinner and it felt safe. Tatiana was very responsive and provided great dinner recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer après le vol avec nos enfants en bas age ( bébé de 10 mois et enfants de 3 ans) Plusieures activités à faire: rivière et cascade pour se baigner, randonnée, le village est très sympa, bons restaurants, square pour les enfants... Le complexe Amphithéâtre est un endroit parfait pour le dîner, boire un cocktail et regarder le couché de soleil! Les singes qui sont venus nous rendre visite du bon matin, inoubliable! Sèche linge et lave linge très pratiques! La maison est vraiment immergée dans la jungle avec cette vue inoubliable... Tatiana est incroyable, serviable, joignable et très amicale! Nous avons adoré sa maison!
We really enjoyed this property. It is very secure and close by to everything you need. It is just a short commute to the airport and San Jose. The river was nice, but it is a tough walk back up. The Cappuchin Monkeys visited us early in the morning. That was a nice treat! Everything was splendid!
For my in laws first time to come to Costa Rica. It was the perfect place. Beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. Tatiana was always checking in making sure we had everything needed and always available for questions. I’ve never had a host this amazing and wonderful. I wish I could always airbnb from here.

Highlights of town are the Central Park, the Tuesday night market and weekend organic markets. Always activities going on. Many restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Ask us more and we are always happy to offer advise to make your stay as fun and convenient as possible!
Uber, taxi are easily available anytime and it’s a short safe walk to the center of Ciudad Colon for anything you may need. This property is 25 minutes from the San José airport and just over an hour to Jaco beach.
