I have had to stay in the area for the past six months on and off and I have stayed here every time because it's an affordable place and it's a great place to stay. John and his family are very friendly and the place is kept clean. it's a friendly place and it's quiet too. You definitely won't be disappointed staying here! Thank you, John!

This was my second time staying here at John's place. it was even better than the first time. I decided to come back here because of how friendly and accommodating John and his family were the first time I stayed here. The price is fair and it's a large house. my room was pretty big and larger than average. It clean and there ya a washer and dryer that's available for use until 10-11pm. Everyone is friendly here including the guests. Everyone is respectful and there are places in the fridge and freezer designated for each guest. There is a place to cook a meal, with a single stove, a well equipped oven, a nice pool and backyard. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for what I've already mentioned and having a really friendly and accommodating host. John is definitely a great host. you honestly cant go wrong renting here and having John and a host. He truly cares about his guests and definitely showed it. Thanks, John!

John, is a really great host. The place is really well kept. There's a place to cook food with a refrigerator and pots and pans etc. It's private and safe. John is very responsive with any questions or about anything you need to discuss. The room was very comfortable. You can't go wrong renting one of John's rooms in this very nice and big house. I definitely don't regret choosing to star here. Thank you, John!

I enjoyed my stay especially the swimming pool! it was so hot while I was there, and the pool was refreshing! The neighborhood was very nice and I felt safe walking my dog even at 3am. There was so much in close distance such as Dollar Tree, WinCo(24 hours!), and Goodwill where I love to shop! The a/c was nice and cool, the bed was comfy, and the other renters were quiet but very nice if we crossed paths. The host was always responsive to my questions.

Nice family-oriented neighborhood in a quiet location. John and his family are great hosts. A great place to stay!
