Charlie was fabulous. He was responsive and, when an unexpected water heater break happened, he was quick to catch it before we arrived and remedy the situation while communicating with us and keeping us secure of our stay. I would recommend booking with him to anyone interesting in going to Paris!

We had a great stay and the apartment is perfectly placed for visiting the sights, and also for the train station to get to/from both the airport and Disneyland. However, if you're travelling with a baby or small children like we were, you need to know the flat is on the 5th floor (we didn't feel this was clear at the point of booking). A very small lift goes to the 4th floor but then it's stairs to 5th (and the lift doesn't fit a pram so that needed carrying up all five flights of a spiral staircase!). Also unclear at booking (but which was mentioned in confirmation email) is the rule of no check in after 9pm. Worth knowing if you're arriving later! Otherwise apartment had everything we needed, albeit some of it different to the photos on the listing.

My family enjoyed our 5-night stay in Charlie's apartment. He was very quick to respond, and his apartment is conveniently located next to at least 3 Metro/RER stops (it was very easy to reach from Gare du Nord and to go to CDG). His representative, Ewa, gave us a thorough tour of his apartment and explained how to use the heater, door locks, etc. This is a wonderful location!

Great location for Paris’ sights: right next to metro station and walkable distance to amazing locations. Right in the centre of a bustling restaurant area which was perfect after long days of sightseeing. Small for our family of 5 with foldout lounge not suitable as a 5th bed.
