Great stay. Phem was always communicative and friendly. The place looked just like the pictures and I was extremely comfortable. I recommend having something for soiled towels or laundry if you’re staying for an extended period of time. Also, the lights went out for about 2 days due to there being a storm , but Phem offered me to stay at another one of his properties with no hesitation. Overall I loved it and can’t wait to book again !!! 😀

Phems place is just as described. He was very accommodating to allow us to stay for our preferred days at such short notice. There is a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom provided in the suite. You can sometimes hear the laundry room at times, but it wasn’t an issue for me. Check-in instructions were very clear and helpful. Overall, I would visit again.

This is a quaint unit perfect for sleeping. The photos were taken during a different season of the year and optimal for advertising. The outside was not horrible, but not similar to the pictures. I almost passed it. instructions were provided for everything! Very nice neighbors. Very walkable neighborhood.
