What an amazing, peaceful spot surrounded by the gorgeous jungle. We had the best time here, not to mention we were the only ones staying at the resort when we were there, so we were extra spoiled to have the entire property to ourselves!! The setting is truly spectacular, surrounded by tropical birds and such a well maintained lush, jungle setting. The villa was gorgeous, bigger inside than expected, and nice to have the private back area. We spent most of the time hanging out by the stunning pool. Franco was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the trip. And Manuel's meals were AMAZING. Truly spectacular service and food. (We were even running really late coming back from town one night and didn't have our phones with us to warn them - and they were all so gracious and amazing and stayed to make that meal amazing). I can't thank the kind staff enough for the whole experience, and again if you go you got to try the food!! Also most relaxing massages in the world!!

Great place ! Franco exceeded my expectations! Definitely made my trip easy and helped out with anything I was trying to do . Cleaned the place everyday and made me feel safe . Highly recommend

Wow. It is honestly difficult to describe this place in words, except to say that it is exactly as advertised and absolutely worth it. We stayed for 3 nights after a 3 night stay at an all-inclusive in the Cancun hotel zone. Nuuku is one of the most incredible places we have ever stayed - hands down. Lilia provides clear instructions up front with your booking. Yes - it's in the jungle and you'll need a ride there (I'd suggest skipping the rental car hassle and just booking a ride). Yes - the plumbing requires you not flush your toilet paper. And yes - sometimes the electrical or water is a little touchy. But the pictures do not do this place justice. Your private unit is secluded, incredibly comfortable, and Franco and team provide service. The meals from Manuel are delicious multi-course delicacies every time. The cenote and pools are stunning and private to guests. And don't skip the massage! Do yourself a favor - book this place. You won't regret it!

Nukuu is an incredibly special place. The food, the grounds, and the housekeeping were the stand out features. Some of the best meals I have ever had on vacation! Franco was our point of contact on the ground and was always helpful and responsive. I cannot wait to go back!!

Reviews can only be so long, so assume anything not specifically mentioned here, from the cenote to the cleanliness to Manuel's incredible food to Franko always being helpful, was AMAZING!!! However, there are some important things for renters to know: -We found 5 spiders in our room, 2 of which were 3-4 inches across. We know this can't be helped, but if you have arachnophobia consider this your warning! -Not having someone fluent in Spanish could be an obstacle, as much of the staff does not speak English. -The bathtubs/jacuzzis are beautiful, but we couldn't use them. Nukuu may have put the horse before the carriage with regard to advertising a tub and jacuzzi in a location where only about 4 minutes of hot water is available before it goes cold. -No toilet paper can be flushed at Nukuu! It has to be disposed of in a trash bin in the bathroom. Bring a sense of adventure and an understanding that you're in the jungle and have fun!
