The place was cozy and had beautifully high ceilings, making the place feel larger and open. William was responsive with communication and he was kind enough to let me check in early. Upon checkin the unit was below my cleaning expectation. He had professional cleaners clean it before my arrival and they did an extremely poor job. The floor hadn’t been washed, there were little fingerprints on the patio door with crusted food, the bathroom had dried toothpaste and soap on the counter, and there was hair in the shower. The walls and baseboards have marks and stains all over them too. I expressed my concerns and he had the cleaning staff come back the next day to do a bit of a better job. The couch has stains on it and so does the kitchen chair covers. If it wasn’t over spring break and last minute we would have left and stayed at a hotel instead. The lack of cleanliness and extra effort to resolve it was very disruptive to our stay.

Place was clean and convoenently located. William was very responsive and accomodating, it's our second time staying at one of his units and will definitely book again!

Pros: Loved the location! Great restaurants nearby. Could easily walk to the grocery store. Walking on the trails was so nice. Place was bright and spacious. It was also newer. Very quiet building which was so nice. Cons: It was not as clean as other Airbnbs I stayed when I arrived. William did offer to have the cleaners help me but it was disappointing to check into. Things like having no blackout curtains and other details were just unfortunate. The place has potential but the host has not invested much. Overall I stayed long term and made it my own so it was all good and mostly loved how bright and quiet it was! Not the worst place, just needs a bit more attention. :)
