Oriol was a wonderful host right from our first contact. Available & responsive to all messages. The price was good for a month. Very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, separate bathroom & separate living/dining area. It was exactly as the the photos. There is a lift so being on the 7th floor was made easy. There's a small balcony at front with a sliding door, so we could leave the door open and get lots of fresh air. The view of the surrounding streets was nice too. The property is heated but we rarely used the heating. There are some condiments at the property which was great as we mostly cooked our own meals. The fridge was perfect as we bought a week of groceries at a time. There are plenty of supermarkets & eateries close by. Uber eats were great for grocery delivery too. Park Guell was literally a 30 second walk right around the corner. A taxi rank/uber stop and grocery store, all 20 seconds walk. The apartment was quiet & private. Cheap ubers too for longer trips

Mi sono trovato benissimo. La zona è molto tranquilla anche se vivace poiché frequentata da molti turisti che vanno a visitare Park Guell che si trova proprio a due passi. L’appartamento è fresco (c’è anche il climatizzatore che ho usato pochissimo) e confortevole. Oriol è un host simpaticissimo: non ho avuto nessun problema, tutto è andato ok. Siccome la casa è a due passi da quella di mia figlia, che risiede a Barcellona da anni, credo che prima o poi tornerò a affittarla!

El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos, súper cómodo con un balcon muy agradable que da unas vistas magníficas tanto de día como de noche. Esta cerca de muchos bares y restaurantes como así también del transporte publico. Oriol siempre muy predispuesto y amable . Anfitrión y departamento muy recomendables.
