The location in Romford was very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the Romford rail station. There were numerous other attractions within easy walking distance: Jubilee Park next door, Oldchurch Park across the street, Sainsbury's and Aldi and a Boots within 5 minutes walk, and South Street (a walkable street with many cafes and vendors) only five minutes away. Being close to the M25 made it easy for us to take car trips to Dover, Storrington, Braintree, and the Harry Potter set. The rail station is on the Elizabeth line which made it easy to get to and from Heathrow (there is a direct line with no train change) and to Stratford and Paddington Stations, from which you can get pretty much anywhere. The layout was good for families with the master suite downstairs and two kids rooms plus living upstairs. It was handy having a washer/dryer unit; we did laundry every day so we were able to pack lighter. The building had a nice courtyard and a covered space in the parking garage.
