The place was beautiful and cozy, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. Melanie was an amazing host, flexible and very kind. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at Melanie's place. Certainly we were mostly outside exploring the cities, but it was nice finishing the day with a comfy and clean place to have some rest. The place is very well located, close to a train station, and it has everything you could need for a nice stay. Melanie was very responsive and we really appreciated that she hold our luggage before our check-in. I highly recommend this place.

Mel's place was a great find in NY! The space is spacious and close to the train station (2 stops away from Manhattan). Really enjoyed my stay. Mel is also extremely responsive and helpful

We had the most wonderful stay at Melanies place in the downtown of Jersey City. Melanie was super helpful and responded very quickly when we came back at the evening and the apartment was a little bit cold - we happened to expierience very cold week in NYC. The apartment with 2 private rooms, bathroom and a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave and a coffee machine) is on very peacefull street, but just few blocks away are lots of cafees and restaurants. A very large supermarket is also just 10 min away. Super easy to get to NYC, the PATH train station is about 10 min away (walk), and the ride itself to World Trade Center (Lower Manhattan) takes just about 7 min. With other PATH line from Grove street station you can go also to Times Square, the ride is about 20 min. We (me and my mom) truly enjoyed our stay at this place and highly recomend it!
