First of all: The standard of the apartment is great, without ifs and buts. BUT: The entire process around the booking is an absolutely customer unfriendly and not worthy of the year 2022. After the Airbnb booking, you receive an email and must first find out that you have to book and pay for bed linen and towels separately (via email correspondence). Once you are in the apartment, you then find out that you have to put on the sheets yourself. But also check-in and check-out is cumbersome. You have to pick up the keys at the agency in the city center (detour) and you should adapt to the two-hour opening slot of the agency. Then the agency also wants to make a "check" on departure, which means that you have to adjust your vacation to the agency again. And because the agency apparently does not work on Wednesdays (our departure day), we also had to be at home at a certain time on Tuesday, so that someone can come by and already do this (obsolete) check one day before departure... Overall: Super apartment, but everything that goes with it is terribly customer-unfriendly.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 4+un bébé. C’est un très bel appartement, très bien situé et très bien équipé. La vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse est top et la résidence est très calme.

Très bel appartement ! spacieux et bien aménagé, avec beaucoup de rangements. Très calme et bien situé devant le lac. Nous sommes très contents !
