Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in dem Haus. Die Dachterrasse und der Blick auf die gesamte Bucht von Alcudia haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich und es war sogar ein Grundstock an Gewürzen, etc. zum Kochen vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful house in a peaceful area, with great architecture and sea view. Little privacy when in the pool but given the little street traffic, it didn’t disturb us.

Unfortunately, our week stay at Es Mollet was overshadowed by a few issues: 1) 5 days before check-in, host requested additional 350€ due to wrong prices when reservation was processed in March and cancellation if we didn’t agree. With Airbnb‘s intervention, reservation was granted as booked; 2) No working WiFi (as advertised) that was reported on Day 1. Neighbors confirmed their WiFi was working, though owner claimed a general street outage. No WiFi severely inhibited ability to work, make travel plans, stream music/movies, upload pictures, etc.. Providing a pocket WiFi/local SIM would’ve been decent; 3) Dealing with multiple parties: Bookiply act as ‘host.’ Check-in/out is handled by agent (Cati) from local property management, who directed us to 3rd party site for guest registration, security deposit and ecotax (which was incorrectly assessed as kids under 16 are exempt). None of the 3 felt responsible/accountable for resolving WiFi issue. Bottom line: avoid booking this property.

The property is handled by a local agent . Checkin process was quite easy paperless by using a third website checking in online. But the description of the service in the house was not clear, especially with the Wi-Fi password. We finally managed to figure it out by ourselves since the house manager wasn’t replying. But overall the location is great first roll close to the sea. The morning view and the sunset are just stunning and breathtaking, and so calming. Base on all these I’ll give a thumb up and definitely recommend other family and friends to come back for a longer vacation rental.

Complete house with swimming pool in a quiet area of Mallorca. You will have a separate room with bathroom and shower beside the pool. Everything is very clean and well looked after. The kitchen has everything you would desire and more. The view from the kitchen/living/eating room into the bay is breathtaking. On the top floor is a large roof terrace. In front of the house is a small harbour, the distance to the sea is around 50m, to the sandy beach area about 100m. Son Serra is a little private "vacation village" with a number of excellent restaurants and a litte supermarket which we found absolutely sufficient for our needs in easy walking distance from the house. It is surrounded by preserved dunes and mediterranean woods. Good for hiking and MTB. Great stay.
