Hannah has a spectacular condo with a perfect view of both the ocean and the city! The condo was extremely clean and very modern. Felt cozy and right at home on our vacation. Didn’t have to communicate with her much because she is proactive and has everything detailed out with all instructions one will need. Would highly recommend.

The condo was wonderful. Nicely decorated and felt comfortable. If there were any downsides, it wasn’t to condo. I’d recommend this if you get the chance!

We loved Hannah’s beautiful and conveniently located beach house! The house is very well maintained and decorated and comes with everything you need for a great beach week, including kitchen gadgets, towels, and even beach gear. Great location right on the beach with beautiful views from this end unit overlooking the Gulf and Panama City Beach Pier. Beach chairs and umbrellas were set up around 8:30am, if you want front row on the beach you did have to wake up early and put out your own chairs by 7am. If you have time head up north and visit the cute little town of Rosemary Beach, very much like Palm Beach. And a few miles up Cafe Thirty-A was very delicious and surprisingly kid friendly! Thanks for a great 4th of July week!

Everything is exactly as advertised! Clean! Clean! So nice! Great location! Corner balcony was so perfect! Nice outdoor seating! We will 100% be back (soon)! Hannah was quick to respond to any needs! Staff were friendly and helpful! Easiest going place we’ve been to at PCB! The parking garage under the building is a God sent! Hate walking bridges! Pool was great, beach is even better! Book it!

I highly recommend this condo. Second time being to PCB, first time at this condo. Excellent host and excellent location!
