Our 2 bedroom apartment is located in a peaceful resort called Condado de Alhama. It has a lively centre in the peak summer months called "Al Kasar". In the centre you will find a Spar supermarket, with lovely fresh bread each day, there are also a number of restaurants/ pubs, a beauticians and more. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is an upstairs terrace with outdoor couch/ table & chairs/ sun loungers, which is great for relaxing at any time of the day. In the apartment there is a hair-dryer, ironing board and iron, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV/radio, fast WiFi, chromecast for the tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, cutlery, and much more. Aircon in living area and both bedrooms. 1st bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. Slide robes with clothes hangers and storage locker. Aircon in bedroom and black out shutters. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed. Aircon in bedroom and black out shutters. There is one bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet. Outside there is a table and chairs. On the roof terrace there is also a table with 6 chairs, an awning for shade with wicker sofa and 2 sun loungers. The apartment is great for either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all resort facilities.

Apartamento situado en una urbanización muy tranquila. el apartamento es como se describe, está muy bien equipado, tiene hasta sombrillas de playa. Es muy acogedor y la terraza es un plus. La comunicación con la anfitriona tambien ha sido buena, respondía con rapidez. Quedamos muy contentos con el apartamento y el trato.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. la résidence propose de nombreuses activités pour les jeunes. Le SPAR permet de faire nos courses sans prendre la voiture. Les prix sont très correct. Kelly a toujours été très réactive à nos messages pendant notre séjour. nous recommandons cette location.

Estuvimos tres días en este apartamento en Condado de Alhama, no tuvimos ningún problema para entrar ni para salir. Hay seguridad a todas horas por lo tanto hace el lugar muy seguro y cómodo. Tiene piscina y una azotea muy amplia con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Lo encontramos muy limpio, con las sábanas y toallas necesarias. También había todo tipo de utensilios en la cocina; ollas, platos, vasos, tazas, cubiertos y todo lo que solemos tener en casa. En cuanto al contacto con la anfitriona, Kelly, no tengo ninguna queja, contesta rápido y tiene un trato muy amable. Tuvimos unos días muy buenos y nos sentíamos como en casa, seguramente volveremos. !

En la época que tuvimos que ir no sería temporada alta y encontramos cositas fuera de lo normal a cuando te alojas en verano. (Por la zona me refiero) La limpieza muy básica. Al abrir los armarios estaban sucios y no se cuido al detalle. Las cañerías del baño desprendían un edor bastante desagradable. La temperatura de Murcia suele ser cálida pero los 4 días que pasamos allí (Noviembre) tuvimos frío y no funcionaban los aires con bomba de calor. La anfitriona muy amable y responde todo lo que necesitábamos.

Condado de Alhama resort is the perfect location for a relaxing family or golfing holiday. Condado De Alhama boasts a challenging Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course opened in December 2009, the course has held several tournaments for professional golfers.
There are numerous swimming pools on the resort which may be used by all staying at the resort. The apartments are close to all the facilities, bars, restaurants, supermarket and golf course.
The resort is a gated community with onsite 24 hour security creating a safe environment for all. It is about 15/20 mins drive to the beaches of Puerto Mazzaron and Bolneuevo. Also nearby is the Sierra Espuna National Park where you can go walking, mountain biking, quad biking etc.
There is also the Condado Sports Club onsite offering bike hire, tennis courts, paddle tennis, football pitches, basketball courts and a gym. This is also a restaurant and bar with many activities happening throughout the year.
Near Murcia there is the Aqua Natura Waterpark and Terra Natura Wildlife Park, both located on the same site. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are within easy driving distance for sightseeing and shopping. There are various shopping malls located within 30 mins drive.
The Al Kasar – town centre of the resort, includes bars and restaurants. There is also Eden Hair and Beauty Parlour and various shops and Spar supermarket.
The Golf club also provides food and drink and has a bar and roof terrace overlooking the course.
