Beautiful newly renovated villa in prime location on the island of Formentera. Your home is located just 5 minutes walking distance from the famous Mitjorn Beach, 7 km of sandy white beach and coves with crystal clear turquoise water. The house has just been fully reformed and has a fully equipped kitchen. On a large deck, there is a large jacuzzi pool, perfect for lounging and cooling off, plus adining area, lounge chairs and outdoor shower. Just a 3 minute walk to a white sand beach! The villa is comprised of a ground floor with open plan living room and kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and the largest bedroom (180x200 bed) with its own ensuite bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a small, shared bathroom. In general, guests will use the ground floor shower and outdoor shower in the summer months in lieu of the small shower on this floor. The larger bedroom has a King size bed (180x200) bed, balcony and desk to enable working from home. The other bedroom is smaller with a full-size bed for two (135x200). There is AC in the bedrooms, fast WIFI, and Smart TVs in 2 bedrooms and the living room.

Siamo stati ospiti di Marc per 5 giorni nella sua incantevole casa! Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per quanto riguarda la casa in quanto molto spaziosa, confortevole, ben arredata e ben servita (con ampio giardino e piscina ) e sia per la zona in quanto ubicata in una location super tranquilla e vicino alla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliatissima
Unser Aufenthalt bei Marc war fantastisch! Die Lage war perfekt mit einem kurzen Weg zum Strand und einer wunderschönen Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser. Das Restaurant direkt am Strand hat super leckeres Essen, guten Wein und eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Haus war gemütlich und makellos sauber. Der Besitzer war auch sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden es jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder in dieses Haus.

La ubicación es ideal, está en la mejor zona de la isla y al lado del mar, hemos estado muchas veces en Formentera y es sin duda la mejor casa en la que nos hemos quedado, altamente recomendable.
Nous avons été en vacances en famille fin octobre début novembre dans la maison. Nous étions Deux adultes, trois enfants 9 12 et 15 et ce fut pour nous 5 un vrai havre de paix un paradis au calme à cinq minutes de la mer, des restaurants. un dépaysement assuré, tout était simple et à proximité. Merci Marc nous reviendrons.
