I had an awesome stay at Alessio’s place. I’ve never met Alessio but he has always been responsive and communicative. It was easy to arrive to the apartment. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures, close to Palermo Cathedral and many other interesting points to see in the city as well as train station and several buses. Since I arrived in the morning and there wasn’t anyone using the room, I could check in earlier. My room also had a desk, which was convenient because I had to work during two days of my stay. Wifi connection has always worked. Kitchen had the necessary elements to cook your own meals. It wasn’t always clean due to other guests. Bathrooms were always clean except for the day I arrived. The surrounding of the apartment is noisy, but at night it does get quiet. I felt really comfortable during my time here in Palermo and I’d totally come back to Alessio’s place given the chance.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Gegend sehr belebt, dementsprechend natürlich laut aber wen das nicht stört, der ist wirklich mitten im Leben von Palermo! Alessio war immer super zu erreichen und super freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft war gut und einfach zu finden. Kann es nur empfehlen! Gerne wieder :)

Alessio was very responsive and helpful, staying up for me even when I arrived at midnight to ensure I got to the apartment safely. The room is in a great location, only 15-20min walk to the central city area. The room is quite noisy at night as it overlooks a sidestreet where horses are kept below, and there were festivals, music and fireworks in the street perpindicular to the sidestreet. The neighbours were also quite noisy. However, Alessio can't help this and the price and the location were worth it.

La chambre est fidèle à la description. La localisation de l’appart est super pour visiter la ville. Insonorisation très mauvaise et rue bruyante. La climatisation de la chambre fonctionne super bien. Le ménage est fait plusieurs fois par semaines. Et le petit déj est à disposition.
