It was perfect for our needs. The views from every window are breathtaking. She recommended a driver for us. He was so very helpful. You definitely need a car or a driver in this particular area of Italy. Francesca really made our stay unforgettable!

Nice place to stay. About a 20 min walk into the main old town of Montepulciano

Good location. Nice views. However, upon arrival we discovered a frozen apartment and a disconnected refrigerator. Central heating took a couple of hours to be effective and air conditioner didn’t function due to weak remote control batteries which were replaced after 3 days. No instructions were sent or left in the apartment, nor a brochure, a map or local recommendations. Garden chairs were supplied on day 3. No recycling bins (question about waste disposal wasn’t answered). Listing should mention ”must climb stairs”. Listing should not mention “breakfast is provided” when this is not the case. Listing should not include 3 pictures (no. 40, 41, 42) showing a space which in fact didn’t exist (“tavern” in the basement?) After staying at several accommodations, and as AirBnb hosts ourselves, we are sorry to say that our expectations weren’t met. We’re certain that with goodwill and attention, this accommodation can live up to its promises and justify past recommendations.

The pictures don't do this place justice - the views from each side are absolutely stunning. There is a lot of room to be comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was really nice!

Ottimo soggiorno! L'apartamento è privato, silenzio, pulito, e sicuro. Ci sono belle viste delle colline, il Val di Chiana, e Montepulciano storico. I proprietari: la famiglia di Francesca sono gentili e amichevoli.
