It was a cool place. Super historic and located right by Frenchmen street; short distance from the quarter. Had all the amenities you could ask for.

I booked this beautiful house for a group trip and it more than fulfilled our expectations! Upon arrival we felt right at home and were very impressed by the beauty of the interior; gorgeous chandeliers and furniture, spotlessly clean. The layout of the house provided our large group with plenty of privacy as well as places to gather together. The veranda was a great place to hang out. The pools were a nice treat in the evenings. The location was within easy walking distance to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter. But still quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here for a great New Orleans visit😄

While this home would be a great option for some groups, it did not meet our expectations. The good: The location was great, the on-site parking was very helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the front porch was a dream. The not-so-great: Our primary reason for booking this home was the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the house manager could not find the remote, so someone had to enter the pool pump area behind a gate and in a leafy area to turn it on/off. The pool had a lot of sediment, especially in the hot tub. We contacted the property owners, who advised that since the pool was 'swimmable,' the pool cleaners would arrive on Wednesday (our trip was M-Th). The pool cleaners did not come by on Wednesday as expected. There were only two wine glasses, so we had to use coffee mugs for wine and purchase plastic drinking cups for use in the pool. The shower amenities could have been better quality and were single use plastic. Two of the guests ended up purchasing alternatives.

Thank you Michael and Marcia for an incredible NOLA experience! Your beautiful home was exactly what our group needed to feel immersed in everything NOLA. The space of the home, the layout of the home, the proximity to all our favorite destinations, the ease of check out and check in, and your quick help when we needed it-all these elements made it the perfect destination for our group. We hope to be back again!

This space exceeded our expectations. Our group of 9 was more than comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice—absolutely gorgeous. The rooms, the pool+hot tub, the distance from everything you want to do was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.
