Très décevant. Mauvaise literie, un trou sur un côté du lit. Restaurant médiocre. Petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. Une serveuse peu serviable. On nous a fait payé 25€ (soit le prix d’un menu d’adulte) pour du poulet avec des frites pour notre fille de 5 ans. Nous ne sommes pas prévenus et on voit la surprise au moment de payer. Je leur ai dit que cela n’était pas normal mais ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. Sinon c’est propre. Je pense qu’il y a vraiment mieux aux alentours du parc national de Plitvice.

Cool hotel/spa with pool, jacuzzi, and sauna that was great after visiting the national park and walking all day. The rooms where clean and well equipped, the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store 5 minutes walk away and 10-15 minutes drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Nationalpark ist direkt um die Ecke. Der Wellnessbereich (klein) ist ein bisschen teuer (zusätzlich 10€ pro Person). Im Restaurant wurden wir leider nicht bedient, es gab aber auch leckere Alternativen im Umkreis.

Didn’t get to stay here but have heard wonderful things. There was a last minute situation (not to the hotels fault) where we couldn’t stay there but the staff immediately contacted us and explained the situation. They offered to help us find another stay which we didn’t need because we had book another spot. This location is top notch, very close proximity to Plitvice and everyone that stays there talks about how awesome the staff is. I had brief encounters with them but there commutation and understanding was beyond good customer service. It was excellent. Thank you for being transparent with us in this last minute situation and we will be sure to come stay with you next time we are around which I assure will be very soon.
