NOTE : renovation work on the underground cellars is taking place on part of the estate during the first quarter 2022 The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A bright and fitted living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests and with direct access to the terrace. - A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. - A storeroom equipped with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer will allow you to store your shopping. Night space: - A bedroom with a double bed and a cupboard. - A shower room with an Italian shower, a large basin, storage space, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and a toilet. Outside : - A 20 m² terrace facing south and accessible from the living room with a garden table and a barbecue. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings contemplating the neighbouring vineyards! Common exteriors : - A swimming pool (shared, not heated) of 8mx4mx1.5m, available from May to October depending on weather conditions (opening dates not contractual).

Vermelding van aanwezigheid van bbq en wifi: waren niet aanwezig. Tweepersoonsbed was eigenlijk de grootte van een ‘twijfelaar’: +/-1m20 dus niet haalbaar om met 2 personen in te slapen/afmetingen staan nergens vermeld. Het zetelbed, waar een topper bijhoort, was hard en eigenlijk onhaalbaar om in te slapen. Gelukkig op 20min afstand een Decathlon aanwezig waar we ons een luchtmatras hebben gekocht om toch goed te kunnen slapen. Vermelding naar host gedaan maar werd afgewimpeld, het enige antwoord dat we kregen is dat de grootte van het bed vermeld staat in de advertentie. (?) We hebben niemand gezien, niemand heeft ons ontvangen en we kregen geen instructies voor de check-out. Het zwembad was groen en niet onderhouden.

Un cadre magnifique pour cette semaine de vacances ! Le logement convenait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous avons pu échanger avec l'hôte et tout s'est très bien déroulé.
Je recommande
Rien à dire sur la situation, l'accueil et la propreté du logement. La capacité et l'agencement par contre ne sont pas adaptés pour 4 personnes avec notamment un vrai problème de couchages. Les 2 lits sont trop petits pour 2 adultes, le canapé dépliant est complètement bancal, nous avons dû le caler aux 2 extrémités, les surmatelas à disposition ne compensent pas l'absence d'un vrai matelas. Dans la chambre lit en bois de petite taille, ancien et inconfortable. La salle bain est très bien. Pas de wifi dans l'appartement. La TV était débranchée et reliée à rien. On nous a indiqué qu'elle fonctionnait mais nous n'avons pas trouvé comment.

We are in the middle of nature with a breathtaking view on the border of the Maine et Loire and the Vienne.
We are next to the forest of Fontevraud, 6 km from the abbey where the bakery is located.
Activities :
Discover the rich heritage of the Maine et Loire, between emblematic monuments and wine estates as far as the eye can see, let your desires guide you! Start with the discovery of the Troglos de la Sablières which will plunge you for a moment into an amazing place, artistic and full of history. Then, take a diversion to the charming town of Doué la Fontaine before learning more about the wines of the Loire by taking part in a visit to an estate and a tasting of the region's jewels!
If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid plain landscapes that are available to you!
Golf, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, AOC Appellation Contrôlée SAUMUR wine tasting, goat's cheese (melon and asparagus country), visits to castles, the Fontevraud Royal Abbey Museum, the Saumur Armoured Corps Museum, etc.
