Fabulous apartment couldn’t recommend it enough! Will definitely be back!

Very clean and tidy apartment, great for two couples for a weekend, very easy/short walk to city centre. Pre-check in requirements were not specified on Airbnb when booked and the property requires ID verification & signing a rental agreement, which was confusing. Pre-check in also asks for credit card details, however this is not actually required when booked through Airbnb (also confusing and time consuming on the phone to clarify with Airbnb). Also, the codes that Noki provided to open the car park lock box and front door to building were incorrect, so required two phone calls to get the right codes. On the plus side, Noki responded immediately on the phone.

A super flat but very noisy. This second floor flat is very well furnished and appointed. It is very comfortable and quiet and in a great location close to the Walls. However our second night was ruined by the disturbance caused by the occupants of another flat below whose continual door-banging, shouting in the stairwell and outside went on from 2am until about 4am. None of us got any sleep until 5am which consequently delayed our departure the next day. It is a great pity as we liked the flat but clearly other flats in the block have guests who are obviously less well vetted. While it is hard to say whether this happens frequently we would not risk having another nice few days in Chester being spoiled by this unreasonable behaviour. Sadly, as nice as this flat is, we cannot recommend it.
