TX family owned and operated! "Hello Sunshine" (Texas owned family for over two and a half years) has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with an outside shower (hot and cold!) and fish cleaning station down. The home is beach side and within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes) and has direct beach access from car or golf cart from the neighborhood. Barrel 95-97 for reference. Also, super close to the Big Store. The house is equipped with WIFI The deck is extensive and has nice views of the gulf and bay! It is partially covered and comes with cafe lights for amazing nighttime glow. The sunsets above are to die for and now with the hammock you can really relax while watching them! Plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise and glass of wine at sunset! Also equipped with a baby gate to keep little ones secured while enjoying the deck! The open floor plan allows interaction between everyone in the kitchen & living room. The living room has an amazing leather couch with reclining footrest and headrest and electrical outlets and USB charging areas, comfy chair, and a 50-inch flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player and Roku (just bring passwords). Living room and two front bedrooms have perfect views of the gulf. All bedrooms come with USB charging stations. Each bathroom is conveniently located between each of the bedrooms for easy use by all four bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter tops, pots, pan, baking dishes, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, air fryer, griddle and just about every gadget you can think of, as well as a Margarita Machine! All plates, cups, mugs, silverware, and any cooking utensils you may need are provided. The kitchen is stocked with some spices for our guests use. We also provide a Coffee Pot, Keurig, coffee, cream and sugar as well. Downstairs is great for entertaining and enjoying a wonderful day or evening! Plenty of space and includes a Tiki Bar with seating, picnic table, new larger swing, 2 hammocks, grill, and fire pit (firewood not included). All under cover so even if it rains everyone can still enjoy. There is also a fish cleaning station with sink and a large outdoor shower with cold and hot water that includes a bench and plenty of space to hang towels. The bins behind the bar include a canopy, beach toys and chairs, corn hole, large Jenga and dice, boogie boards, and a wagon to take it all down! --Bed sheets, comforters, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, bath towels are provided; we do provide 6 beach towels, but please bring more if needed There are two cameras on property that are on 24/7. It faces the side yard and driveway. THINGS TO DO IN CRYSTAL BEACH There are two water parks in town, Fun Town Water Park and Fun Spot Water Slide. Stingray Marina is just a short drive and is a fun place to watch the water and see all the boats. There is also a great seafood restaurant there! The Golf Range is a perfect place to play some putt putt and have a yummy drink and bar food. Dannay's Donuts has fresh donuts and lunch. The Big Store is super close and is the main grocery store and a fun place just to walk around and shop! And if you want to take a day trip to Galveston Island the ferry is a fifteen-to-twenty-minute drive that will take you over there.
