The house was clean and beautiful! Alexander was so quick to respond and helpful. Our group loved their rooms and all of the extra amenities! We would definitely stay here again!

Alexander’s place was wonderful. Very spacious and clean, great for a group. He was very responsive and communicative when I had questions. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely time here with several families include a couple of toddlers. House was very nice overall, but a few caveats: 1. The kitchen generally had enough utensils and cookware, but the pantry was fully empty (not even salt and pepper, let alone some other basics). 2. The house layout is quite nice, but mind you that all the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms - meaning, no shared bathrooms. 3. The house description says beach 5 minutes away, but the only way to get a pass is if you’re staying for >14 days. This is stated in the house rules after booking, but was a bit of a disappointment. That said, there’s a beach that is a 10-15 minute drive that costs $30/car or something like that. 4. We had one very odd altercation with the neighbor who shouted very loudly and violently at us when a small group of us was by the fire pit after 11pm talking in regular quiet conversation-level. The points above were generally minor, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Alexander’s place in the beginning of the month for a girls long weekend. After a booking nightmare with two other listings canceling on us for no reason, finding this place was a gift. The home was immaculate, trendy, and perfect for what we needed. Although we were out on the town for most of our trip, the kitchen had all the essentials to make our coffee and cook a wonderful breakfast each morning. The beds were super comfy, and the heated floor in the master was a fun surprise. We appreciated all the extras, like games, grill, and fun room down stairs. He certainly put lots of thought in making sure his guests enjoyed their time at his place. I would 100% stay here again. 5 stars from 11 ladies ranging 30-44 in age. Lots to do in that area and then even more within an hour drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
