Things happen. My biggest issue was not the ants. It was not that the freezer was nasty or the floors were dirty, or the silverware had dried food on them, but once I reached out about the ants there was no communication. Nevertheless, there were lots of good reviews so chalk this up as a one time off situation. And I don’t know what may be going on in their lives when I tried to make contact, so show grace. The location is good if you like walking to the river and such which we would have done. Steps a little challenging for us old farts lugging heavy luggage up them. Be careful with the canopy bed. The canopy is made of pvc piping which isn’t that sturdy. Realized when I leaned against it. AirB&B did make it right though, eventually. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel (not cheap!).

Had a wonderful long-term stay through Tayler! Beautiful home with a great location; right by the river and walkable to both the Riverwalk District (with lots of tasty food options) and Idlewild Park. If you have a car, there's easy access to the highways to get you to anywhere in Reno. 10/10 would book again

It is a perfect location just off the river. It was a quick walk to the office Found it quiet as well as private. I had one issue with the keypad on the door and Tayler replaced it right away.

was in Reno for 2 weeks and could not have asked for a better place to stay! Was super cozy and comfortable.and close to the Riverwalk and just a few blocks from downtown and the arts distict. Will definitely stay again.
