We had a wonderful time staying in Ken’s place. He stood out immediately because he helped us the day we got to town after another Airbnb fell thru the day of our arrival. The best thing was how much his home felt like our own home. It was one of the most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed at with all the amenities but a homey feel. Ken also always responded immediately and was very helpful throughout our stay and always making upgrades to the property. We were very pleased with our stay and with our host.

I can't say enough good things about this property and Ken! He was a phenomenal host and communicated often and clearly. The fact that he allowed our dogs to stay with us for no extra fees was extremely generous and hard to find. We provided more than what was expected with tons of cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. He was extremely flexible and let us extend our stay twice while we were securing our new house. The location was also amazing! It was close to the beach and right up the street from a great park and lots of shops and restaurants. This was absolutely a 5 star stay!!!

My pups and I were very happy at Ken's place for 4months while I worked out of HQ. The house (furniture, linens, etc) was all very comfortable. Place was easy to maintain as well. My dogs and I loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the mornings. You have full control of the AC system, which is central air and very quick to cool down. Loved having two full baths for when I happened to have a guest in town. The location is pretty close to downtown WPB (less than a mile), lots of takeout options and a grocery store less than a five min drive away. Whole Foods will deliver as well. I took my dogs on walks through nearby Flamingo Park daily, but there's a large dog park down the road in the public park as well. 3mile walk to Rosemary Square and back. Ken was always very responsive and helpful, and quick to find a solution for you. I highly recommend this property, especially for long stays. You will feel right at home.

It was a fantastic experience staying here. I just moved to the area and was house hunting, so stayed here for a month while trying to buy a house. Ken was so accommodating of my timeline, letting me extend twice while waiting for escrow to close. Ken was great about communication, fast and helpful. This was a perfect location for me and the home had everything I needed for the month. Well updated home. Even gave me ideas of things I would like for my own home. I felt very lucky to have found this place. Since I have three small dogs and am very limited to who could rent to me. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone

Very clean accommodations, Immaculate interior and exterior. Comfortable beds with an awesome in-town location.
