The "Rockway" was a perfect location for 9 of us participating in a wedding in April in Cambridge. The decorating was lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was extra folding chairs in the garage, that we were able to add to the dining room table, to accommodate our group. The 5 bedrooms gave us lots of space. We were able to use the children’s playroom on the second floor (attached to one of the bedrooms) as an additional bedroom for the youngest (9 years old) among us (we brought an air mattress for her). The 2 full bathrooms were well used, but no one ever waited long. The location was close to many conveniences, including 2 of our favorites…Farm Boy and Chick-fil-A! Andrew responded quickly to any queries and was able to accommodate some special requests. We would highly recommend this location and hope to be able to use it again in the future!

Andrew's place was clean roomy and spacious. Was located close to everything we needed in the Kitchener area. Will be staying again.

Rented this home so my kids, grandkids and I could spend Easter with my extended family The place was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and house gave us plenty of room for the 8 of us. The playroom was great for the grandkids to play while the adults catch up in the living room/dining room. Would rent this home again

Very lovely stay, checking in was easy. Beautiful house, loved the game room downstairs and large bedrooms. Easy to find and less then a 10 min drive to the Kitchener restaurants.
